The chairman of the Atiku/Lado Campaign Media Committee of Katsina State, Alhaji Imrana Nas, the champion of the poor, has expressed the intention of his committee to ensure that the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP)’s governorship candidate in Katsina state, Alhaji Yakubu Lado Danmarke, wins in the upcoming 2023 election.
Imrana Nas stated this during his parley with journalists in Katsina, shortly after the launch of their Committee, which took place at the PDP party secretariat in the state.
The Chairman of the Media Committee added that it is evidently clear that the people of Katsina State are going through several challenges, whether economic or social, which they need to take urgent and immediate action, adding that Yakubu Lado is the best candidate among the contesting gubernatorial candidates that can provide a quick and comprehensive solution, as Lado, according to him, is an experienced politician who started from the level of Councilor to that of a Senator today.
Imrana Nas described the ruling All Progressives Party (APC) as a party that is already ‘dead’, and described its moves as ‘that of a patient in the throes of death’ considering the way people with ideals are leaving it for the PDP in droves, and cited heavy political juggernauts in the State such as the former Secretary to the State Government (SSG), Alhaji Mustapha Inuwa as well as other key members of the Party.
Alhaji Imrana Nas called on the people of Katsina State to do everything possible to ensure the success of the PDP and its gubernatorial candidate, Alhaji Yakubu Lado in the upcoming 2023 general election.
